About

We build operational leverage.

We work with established businesses that have outgrown the way they're run, and replace scattered effort with a system they can rely on.

How we got here

From workflow automation to systems architecture.

We started by removing repetitive work. Most of it existed because the system underneath was wrong.

So the work moved upstream: operational review, architecture, software development and technology strategy. Automation is still a tool — just not the point.

The approach hasn't changed: understand the operation, design what should exist, build it well enough that people actually use it.

The team is small and senior. You deal with the people doing the thinking.

What we believe

Four positions we work from.

Technology should improve the operation

If it adds steps, admin or another place to check, it has made things harder.

Automation is not the objective

Automating a bad process just makes it faster. Fix the process first.

Understand the business before the software

Most disappointing systems were chosen before anyone understood the operation.

The goal is a better operating system

Not a tool or a dashboard — an operation that runs on structure, not effort.

Next step

If your operation has outgrown the way it is run, let’s talk.

No spec needed. Tell us what's difficult and we'll work out what should change.
