How to Automate Job Completion Packs and Handover Documents
The job is finished.
Now someone in the office has to build the handover pack.
They find the customer details.
Download the site photos.
Locate the signed form.
Find the certificate.
Update the report.
Rename everything.
Combine the documents.
Export the PDF.
Then finally send it to the customer.
The work may be complete, but the paperwork creates another job of its own.
The Information Already Exists

Do Not Let Missing Documents Hide

Compliance certificate missing → notify admin
Required photos missing → return job to field team
Everything complete → generate handover pack
That prevents the office from discovering missing information while trying to assemble the document manually.
