Design your Vision into Reality with Automations
We design your vision into reality with automations. How? With modern software platforms such as Monday.com and Zapier.
Just with these two platforms alone, we can create a very broad system that can function as a database, CRM and PMS at minimum. Add in a few other platforms such as Xero, Calendly and Mailchimp and all of a sudden we’re tapping into finance, calendars and email automations!
This is just the beginning of how we curate platforms and create entire department wide systems.
Design your Vision
How we approach vision with our clients is within a discovery session where we deep dive into a business’s operations to understand completely how all tasks start and finish.
For entry level services we take notes and build upon them, for enterprise services we map every single step and this in itself is a checkbox system to where automations should be existent.
We like to explore the wildest ideas because it creates a challenge for us to seek out and conquer.
This is where we create value, this is how we become bespoke and this is why we become an essential part of our clients operation and the scaling process.
A Reality with Automations
Here are the phases you can expect when designing systems with us.
We begin with the planning phase where we mentally or visually map out the entire sequence for what is required.
Continuing onto development is where we take the blueprints and create connections between your software platforms and develop automations one by one.
When this is ready we then proceed to start testing each automation individually and in tandem to look for issues.
The final stage is where we release the automations for real world testing and remain on standby for issues and feedback that we fix on the go.
Inevitably we reach the end of our goal where there are no more errors, no more issues and a bulletproof system is built for use indefinitely.
Reaping the Benefits
As time progresses, we tend to develop dashboards or create metrics to showcase performance outputs where we can then develop case studies. How each task, job role or department performed prior to our automations and after our automations.
Naturally, we’re always in a positive outcome as automation systems perform faster, cost less and is far less prone to error in comparison to a human!
