At 5M Consulting, we stand behind the quality of our consulting services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Refunds for Hourly Services

    For hourly services, if you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided by us, you may request a refund for the hours that have not been used within 30 days of the completion of the service. We will review your request and provide a refund for the unused hours at our discretion.

  2. Refunds for Fixed Price Services

    For fixed price services, if you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided by us, you may request a refund within 30 days of the completion of the service. We will review your request and provide a refund at our discretion.

  3. No Refunds for Completed Services

    If you have already received and approved the consulting services provided by us, no refund will be provided.

  4. Process for Requesting a Refund

  5. Exceptions

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following situations:

    • The consulting services were provided more than 30 days ago

    • The consulting services were completed and approved by you

    • The consulting services were terminated due to your breach of our terms and conditions
