The Process
Scope of Works
After the initial discovery meeting, we can provide a scope of works that details everything that is going to be developed along with a quote.
Rollout
Now that we’ve done our own internal tests, it’s time to hand our systems over to our clients where they can begin to utilise the system in a real world environment whilst we are on standby to monitor or respond immediately to issues.
Automation Development
Upon confirmation of the scope of works, we can then begin developing all of the systems and automations required from your development requests.
Training Development
Once the rollout phase has completed and our systems are showcasing steadiness with no issues, we can then begin to develop training material to showcase how our systems works through video and documentation.
Beta Test
When we’ve complete the initial developments we can begin our initial tests with sample and real world data to confirm usability of our systems and find potential errors.
Onboarding
From here, you will be equipped with your brand new system and a process to onboard your current and new staff to begin utilising your new automated system!
